President's Report

Enjoyed Chirstmas, did not work on action items
Went to the final charity vigil meeting.
- Decided on the split: UCC pays 50%, PCS, Unisfa paying 25%, Unigames is paying 0%.

Vice President's Report

Working on inventory, will email it out to ask people what they missed.
Has a planning document for O-day.

Secretary's Report

Went to Canberra, it was smokey.

[MVP] finally had to call security to be let into the building.
- Got asked to prove that they have access to the club.
- Got let in both times.
- We still have no idea of tenancy details that we can contact

$330 for O-day space.
ACTION: [MLG] call out to volunteers for o-day. Compulsory for door members.

General Business

1. Spookydonut: get in first year lectures for the first like 4ish weeks and spruke your club.

ACTION: [MPT] to ask EMS about first year classes and see if we can talk to classes.
1. [BOB] would like to club to buy a new oscilloscope
Would like to budget $800.
[BOB] motions to for committee budget $850 to purchase a RIGOLDS-1054Z oscilloscope for the club.

Action: [BOB] to purchase oscilloscope on behalf of the club.

the previous motion is an implementation of the plan to 2019-11-15 to upgrade tools including splat buys.
1. [BOB]s unhappy and feels that the club was misinformed at the previous OGM regarding the minimum transferrable IP range size re: IPv4.
[NTU] disputes that the club was misinformed.
[MVP] wants to consider how much room we have to move on our current dealings.
[MPT] will spend a week considering options.
[BOB] wants to go back to a general meeting.
On checking the motion at the OGM, the committee decide that they will not have to go back to a general meeting to make decisions on the IPv4 as the previous motion only requires the club to 'pursue the purchase of internet address space'.
Action: [MPT] to call the dealer about IPv4. See how much room there is to move.
