President's report: Financial status is survive-able.

Treasurer's report: We need to find out whether we need to identify
  individual receipt numbers on all budget receipts, immediately.
  [JEB] and [SD:] will work on finishing the budget this afternoon, [DGC]
  will do anything remaining, tonight.

  $906.17 +ve in our bank account, _before_ subtraction of debts to
  members.

  Rumours that [TDH] might like his $50 cheque cancelled, as opposed to
  depositing it, waiting for it to clear, and putting it back into his
  coke account...? Anyone know about this?

  -ve coke balances: There's quite a few people with negative, and
    _extremely_ negative coke accounts. If people in cokegroup are
    consistently below zero, they may be removed...

  T-shirts: Quite a few T-shirts to sell.
    ACTION: [SD:] to announce, including available sizes. $20 each.

Incoming mail: NAD "Beat The Drum" clone competition - prize is $3500
  worth of hi-fi equipment. Anyone have any ingenious plans to win this?

Machine reports:
  mermaid: Hanging on logins - possibly coke-authentication related?
    Debian related?
    Has been crashing.

  axolotl: Runs out of memory and crashes occasionally.
    Some lines seem to have hardware problems - showing 0V when they
    shouldn't be.
    All terminals pointing at starfish currently.

  moray: Hanging on logins, too.

General Business:
  [JEB]: <Burp>

  VP: The concerns raised last week have been significantly allayed after
    email discussions. Attendance and/or apologies will be more regularly
    obtainable when meeting times are fixed down.

  [DGC]: Wishes to spank [BBB].

  Webmaster application: [DUC] would like to be a new webmaster.
    Motion to add him passed without dissent.

    [SGD] has not done much webmaster-ing recently, and may be unlikely to.
    Motion to remove him passed without dissent.

  22nd Anniversary: [SD:] Would we like to have a normal pizza night on a
    Friday, and something completely different on the Saturday?
    This may result in lower turnouts...

    A fallback event can be a simple pizza night, with the club buying an
    ice-cream cake, or some such.

    We don't need any more candles for this year... or we could try LEDs
    instead...

    We could have a game of Binary Bingo. The prize could be a binary digit
    in dollars - guess which one. <grin>

    ACTION: [SD:] to ask about this on the list.

  Shenton Park: An outing to it is planned for 11am tomorrow. We should pick
    up a couple of terminals and keyboards.

  Independence Day: Are we going to see it when it's released?

  Committee Meetings: To be moved to Thursday, 1pm. Passed without dissent.
    To be announced on email.

  Terminals: We appear to have some dead text terminals - these will be
    looked into or replaced.

    There is much madness in our cabling, both inside and outside the
    machine room - perhaps even too much. <grin>

  Food: [JEB] and [NTU] will buy some more from FAL on Monday. We should
    have an FAL form about, somewhere - we will fill this out and get the
    UCC its own card.
