President's Report

  • Ran Screencheat
    • Was fun, would have liked more attendance
    • Will run something similar again, but not this Friday (2020-09-18) because busy
  • Tenancy inspection
    • Passed again
    • Hoping to get a new agreement signed soon
  • Re: Associations Online regulatory requirements
    • Prepared financial statements with [MLG], preparing to submit
  • Vending machine progress
    • Scrubbing of metal parts to be done in the coming week
    • Hopefully progress by next Monday
  • Guild elections...
    • Are a thing
  • Writing an email to Bre re: Tenancy
    • By next week
  • Omar is aiming to get new Tenancy agreement to us
  • Have been tinkering around with a handover doc

  • Project Night EMP has been updated so the dates extend through to November
  • We need to update the UCCatchUp EMP with COVID Hygeine certs/Food Safety if we want pizza

Treasurer's Report

  • Updated the UCC books after the last couple of weeks
  • Get on top of CH Quiz Night

Fresher Rep's Report

  • Busy bee things today, love having no notice
  • Put little labels on keyboards with their keyswitches
  • Still need to work on spec sheets
    • Before putting OS stickers on them
  • Got setup with uccpass, can open things now
  • Made the monitors match

    • Didn't show up to the clubroom...
