  • Checked the food machine and most of it is out of date.

  • Went to Unigames camp and their after camp meeting.

Events

Inter Uni LAN

  • most of organisation was done by CSSC and UCC
  • tournaments organised mostly by esports clubs
  • networking issue on friday (the day before the event)
  • profit distribution agreed on
    • will be dealt with in the wrap up meeting
    • profits need to be well documented

PCS hackathon

  • they need programming mentors to help with their event and are asking if we have anyone
  • maybe wheel would be interested
  • send email about it to UCCers and let PCS know that we put the word out

UCC 48th Anniversary

  • have to decide how the event will run

  • maybe less fancy since we are building up to the 50th

    • decide on venue
    • during these holidays & need as much notice as possible
    • historically there was an email sent out for number of atendees then we would book seats at a restaurant of some sorts
    • smart casual
    • chose a venue and ask the people what they think/if anyone has objections
    • [->|] &[MCW] will check for the vibes of previous event venues

  • start planning 50th already

    • look at previous big dates (40th...) for inspo

Cam Hall Quiz Night

  • PCS wants to join

    • then we can hold a general meeting
    • make sure we can get enough people to attend

      • only need to call the meeting 4 weeks after resignation but can have the actual meeting futher in the future
