      • call hotel in next few days to see if theyre booked
        • once we know how much of a notice they need we can decide on an RSVP date
      • draft an email and send it next week

Inter-Uni LAN

  • wrap up meeting on last saturday
  • discusssed what went wrong with the event/what went right
  • profits from this events will go to the next one
    • if none is run, they will be distributed
      • by november 30th
      • money will be put into UCCs account because its convienient
      • [GPO] will do the money stuff

Cam Hall Quiz Night

  • Will have our first meeting sometime this week or next week.
  • PCS and UWASCA want to be involved, but the first subcom meeting will just be Panto, Unigames, UniSFA and UCC to discuss about having more clubs join in.
    • If PCS and UWASCA don't join subcom, there most likely will be guest rounds for them.
    • planned to happen around study break
      • no definite date yet though

Relay For Life

  • Semester 2 wek 9, 1st and 2nd October - 24hr event
    • did it with UWAnime last year
    • last year by this time there was already a sign up
    • [BRD] will message UWAnime about that
